Once you’ve placed your order we’ll contact you to confirm a date and time to install your line. Choose a time that's convenient to you - our appointments are available in the morning from 8am-1pm or in the afternoon from 1pm-6pm.
After your line has been installed you will have access to a range of our leading broadband and landline services.

If you order between 2 and 5 new lines on the same order, for the same premises, you will only pay £79 per line, saving you up to £105.

Note: All prices are exclusive of VAT. Line numbers will be assigned on a random basis unless otherwise requested. Any missed appointment will be subject to an £85 charge. A survey may be required before your order can be approved which may delay your installation. New line installations normally take no longer than 30 days subject to a survey. As a result of the survey additional costs outside of our control may be required which you will be liable to pay if you wish to continue with the installation. Opting for number selection may result in delay of your new line installation.
