We’ve made switching to Opal business broadband easy. From when we receive your order, it will take around 15 days for us to transfer your broadband service. We’ll take care of everything for you - including contacting your old broadband supplier - so you won't need to do a thing.

 

We will confirm the exact day of your switchover, where you will experience a short period of downtime: this could be up to 20 minutes for making calls and up to 4 hours for receiving calls and using broadband.

Whatever the reason, we are striving to make the process as easy as possible.  Once you have completed the order process for the broadband  & landline service you are setting up, we’ll ask if you would like to install a new line.

Simply click the link, and we’ll ask you to supply the postcode where you would like the new line set up. Based on the location of the exchange, we will be able to offer you a range of services on the line -  from Next Generation Broadband, which comes with a range of builder options to maximise your business offering, through to call packages which help you get the most out of the line.
